Net-Teams, Inc. provides an online hosted solution that creates a conversation about business
solutions for any industry. Imagine a system that engages your customers and allows them to build the
traffic, content and interest around your service or product. This is your community and it
becomes the hub of your industry. It works as an "add-on" site, or secondary site, and offsets
the paradigm of your web site, which says "Hey I'm Great, Buy From Me", and instead says
"Hey They're Great, Buy From Them". It
is the slight edge that companies are looking for, but don't yet understand. It is a new market
that we are creating and plan to dominate in the coming years.
The idea was developed by President and CEO Teo Graca who has over 25 years of design research including experience with the State Department, the Military, Fedex, Lockheed Martin and other Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Graca has leveraged this intensive background to develop the Net-Teams community solution to customer relationship management. His burning passion to develop a single networking platform for multiple networks has produced an easy-to-use and intuitive system. It is focused on users in the small to mid-sized business market, but can be used within larger companies too.
The Opportunity
From a global perspective, sites like MySpace, which sold for $580 million in 2006 and FaceBook, which was valued at $2 Billion in Feb. 2007 and grew to over a $15 billion valuation just 8 months later demonstrate the confusion in the market today. The advertising industry is in flux and businesses with advertising and infrastructure budgets don't know where to put their money. We have the solution they are looking for and it is just a matter of bringing it to them.
The software has all the benefits of the global social networking sites, but it also offers the customer relationship solutions necessary to build businesses in the 21st century. As we review the 100's of potential competitors, we continually upgrade our positioning into the blue ocean where no one else swims.
We completed our Alpha version and made 2 sales in August and September of 2007. Our first Beta release was completed in October 2007. And our first Salable version was released in November 2007, but we have held off on sales until we are fully capitalized and are focused instead on fine tuning our sales, marketing and publicity plans while coordinating them into our branding strategy - we don't want any cash-flow issues when the product becomes the "hot new item" on the market.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
- Teo Graca, President and CEO of Net-Teams, Inc. and Ez Commerce, Inc., Information Architect / Network Engineer / Programmer / Database Administrator / Software Engineer - Extensive experience as an Information Architect (12+ years) and Music, Video and Television production (20+ years). Holds several Microsoft and Adobe Certifications. Recent CEO Space graduate. Has been an information architect for US State Department (2005-2006), Lockheed Martin (2004), the Seabees (2002-2003), Fedex and fortune 100 companies in the US (1997-2005).
- Stephen Adler, NTI Sales Director - Stephen is helping organize our sales and marketing program. He has extensive experience creating, managing and executing telemarketing and customer up sell campaigns. We will use this to develop our passive phone response program to unify our customer service, sales and marketing into the Net-Teams brand.
- Larry Warnick, NTI Operations Director - Principal, PassKey Strategies, Inc., Capital Team and Business/Management Coach - Larry has over 25 years of corporate and consulting experience in marketing, product management, sales, business development and management. He has worked with firms ranging is size from Fortune-level, mid-sized, and emerging startups. His industry experiences include software technology, financial, pharmaceutical, engineering, insurance, communications, utilities, government, and hospitality, among others. His focus is creating sustainable goal-oriented processes that bring added customer value to the client.
NTI CFO
- Timothy S. McLellan, NTI CFO, B2B CFO Partner - Tim has over 25 years of CFO and Controllership experience, at companies ranging in size from $10 million to large Fortune 500 companies. Tim has also established and managed internal audit departments, along with a Big 4 public accounting background. He has merger and acquisition experience at both acquired and divested companies. Tim has integrated the accounting function of several acquisitions into multi million dollar companies.

- Cathryn S. Gawne, Esq., NTI Securities Attorney - Hopkins & Carley - Cathryn Gawne’s practice emphasizes securities and corporate law for emerging growth companies across a broad range of industries, including wireless and portable information technologies, alternative energy, telecommunications, biotechnology, and software, as well as brick-and-mortar industries such as automotive, organic personal care products, mining, and retail. She advises companies on initial and follow-on public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, and commercial transactions. She counsels public and private companies on corporate governance and disclosure issues and counsels clients who are starting or franchising new businesses with respect to general corporate matters and protection of their intellectual property.
- Brian C. Kunzler, IP Attorney - Mr. Kunzler has practiced law since 1994, and gained experience in two of Utah's largest, most established Intellectual Property law firms. Mr. Kunzler has extensive expertise acquiring and enforcing patents in the fields of electrical devices and electronics, computers and computer software, medical arts, and mechanical devices.

- Howard Lim, NTI Branding Expert - Owner, HOW Studios, Inc.®, Howard's unique gifts of combining technical, creative, and innovative skills, gave birth to his company, HOW Studios, Inc. in 1987. He pioneered a solution for ABC networks, by creating one of the first computerized off-line motion graphics for Saturday mornings. He created the first all digital ad for Fujitsu for MAC World and MAC User national magazines, and the first Wall Street Journal digital ad for Claris, FileMaker. His studio created the first brand campaign for Philips Interactive Media movies on a 5-inch disc and is a branding strategist for many others.
- George Ishee, Marketing Guru - Owner, Plumb Tree Marketing - George Ishee has over 25 years in the sales and marketing industry. He has specialized in direct sales and managing sales teams focused to mid to small businesses. He is a certified marketing consultant from Y2Marketing and is focused on using the latest technology with the best practices and tactics to grow businesses.
- David Aden, Internet Technologies Expert - President and CTO, Webworld Technologies, Inc. - David specializes in high-end Web application development, and enterprise architecture. He and Teo have worked together for years and share an extensive set of human resources that can be used efficiently and effectively to move our software service forward in a positive direction using established best practices in the web technologies industry.

Net-Teams, Inc. has finalized its strategic growth plans, subscription agreement, capital plan, capital presentation, business plan and operational plan. Our Georgia "C" Corporation was set up October 2, 2007. Our partner Ez Commerce, Inc. is managing the development and hosting of the software for our hosting service (aka SaaS - Software as a Service) and is managing ongoing research into the needs of membership organizations. Teo Graca currently has controlling interest in both Ez Commerce, Inc. and Net-Teams, Inc.
